MHR Provider Training Postponement

The MHR provider trainings originally scheduled for May 7 and 8 have been postponed.

Louisiana Healthcare Connections has been informed by LDH/OBH of pending guidance around the prior authorization process for these services that will have a substantive impact on our training content.

At this time, we are respecting the Department’s request to postpone our previously scheduled training until the planned revisions have been finalized. While we understand this delay may add to your current frustration, we are hopeful the new requirements will streamline the authorization process as well as mitigate confusion and administrative burdens going forward.

Ensuring our MHR providers have the resources they need to serve our members is of paramount importance to us. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause and thank you for your continued patience and support.
