2024-09: Updated Provider Manual Available

Louisiana Healthcare Connections has published an updated Provider Manual.

Policy LA.CP.MP.190 has been updated to include the edit to the Emergency Oxygen Equipment and Supplies Policy Clarification.IB: 24-41 published on November 29, 2024. 

Our Provider Manual was also refreshed with edits to reflect updated vision and cell phone information for members. Also, language was added to prohibited provider marketing requirements.
