2024-08: Provider Claim Dispute Fax Numbers Option for All Lines of Business

Starting September 1, 2024, providers can submit claim disputes by fax for all lines of business (Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace).

Louisiana Healthcare Connections has upgraded our intake process to streamline claim dispute submissions. Now, providers can utilize dedicated fax lines for each line of business:

• Medicaid: 1-833-641-0219
• Medicare: 1-833-957-0439
• Marketplace: 1-833-957-0438

The updated Provider Claim Dispute Form(PDF) reflecting this change is available on our website. While fax lines will be operational before September, using them is not mandatory until the effective date.

We believe this new option will significantly improve turnaround times for claim reconsiderations.
