Louisiana Healthcare Connections Receives Digital Health Award

Louisiana Healthcare Connections is proud to announce its recognition in the 25th Anniversary Digital Health Awards® competition. Organized by the Health Information Resource Center™ (HIRC), the annual competition recognizes the best digital health resources in the U.S. Louisiana Healthcare Connections received a Silver Award in the consumer video category with its Medicaid Made Personal spot. Louisiana Healthcare Connections’ work was selected from more than 800 entries and judged by a panel of distinguished professionals in the field of digital health media.

“Digital communications are a vital strategy for increasing access to health care and improving health equity,” said Chris Broussard, vice president of communications and engagement for Louisiana Healthcare Connections. “We are especially proud of this award as a validation of our creative approach that emphasizes engaging Medicaid members with dignity and respect.”
