Providers Can Now Search by Member ID in our Secure Portal

In Louisiana Healthcare Connections' continuing efforts to streamline and enhance our provider portal, we are happy to announce a new enhancement. Effective June 20, 2022, providers are now able to use both the Louisiana Healthcare Connections Member ID printed on the member’s ID card as well as the Medicaid ID to search for members, confirm eligibility, and find other relevant member information. Simply enter the Louisiana Healthcare Connections Member ID along with last name and date of birth and the results will generate.
