Informational Bulletin 22-4: Medicaid Provider Enrollment Portal (revised 4.18.22)

On April 18, 2022, the Louisiana Department of Health revised Informational Bulletin 22:4: Medicaid Provider Enrollment Portal.

Revision included the addition:

The deadline for providers to submit an application to the Provider Enrollment Portal is June 30, 2022. Any existing Medicaid provider that does not submit an application to initiate the screening process through the new portal will have their claims denied.
