Informational Bulletin 22-19: Applied Behavior Analysis Fee Schedule Effective July 1, 2022

Louisiana Healthcare Connections would like to inform providers that Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) fee schedule has been updated to reflect a rate increase for procedure code 97153. This is the only one rate for this code and no modifiers should be used with this code after July 1, 2022.

Louisiana Healthcare Connections will update their systems within 30 days of notification. Denied claims will be complete within 15 days after the system update with no action needed by providers.
