Are you a pediatric provider or family practice that cares for infants? Here's an exciting opportunity to enhance the care you provide to caregivers and their children, while making a positive impact on your practice!

Why Should You Join? The CPDS Learning Collaborative, launching in Spring/Summer 2025, is designed to help practices implement and improve caregiver perinatal depression screening during well-child visits, using a validated tool recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics. By participating, you’ll play an integral role in improving the health and well-being of both infants and their caregivers.

What You’ll Get:

  • Expert Coaching & Support: Access to top-tier improvement coaching, expert guidance, and resources tailored to your clinic’s needs.

  • Quality Improvement Tools: A comprehensive data platform and tools to streamline the implementation of caregiver depression screening and referral processes.

  • $7,000 Stipend: Upon completion of required activities, participating clinics will receive a $7,000 stipend.

  • Earn MOC Part 4 Credits: Gain valuable Maintenance of Certification (MOC) credits as you address the critical needs of your clinic’s caregivers and infants.

What’s Involved? To participate, your clinic will commit to engaging in key quality improvement activities, including:

  • Monthly collaborative calls
  • Regular data submission
  • Small-scale tests of change (Plan-Do-Study-Act cycles) designed to drive improvements in depression screening rates and warm referrals.
