Medicaid to Continue Bimonthly Rebaseline Provider Enrollment

Louisiana Healthcare Connections would like to remind new providers to complete the Provider Enrollment process. Please note, this enrollment is separate from the organization credentialing process.

Every two months, Louisiana Medicaid will send invitation letters to newly credentialed providers who are not yet enrolled with Louisiana Medicaid. These letters will contain detailed instructions and the specific information needed for enrollment. To ensure uninterrupted service and avoid claim denials or potential deactivation from the Medicaid program, providers must complete their enrollment within 120 days of receiving the invitation letter.

Providers are ecourage to review this important information promptly to ensure continued participation in the Medicaid program.
