Welcome! Whether you were assigned to Louisiana Healthcare Connections during this year’s special enrollment or chose to switch to Louisiana Healthcare Connections, we’re glad you are a part of our health plan family. Our members have access to the largest provider network, most reward dollars, and extra benefits.

Here’s what new members need to know:

Starting January 1, 2023, we will be your new Medicaid health plan. Soon you will get to enjoy all of the extra benefits and rewards we offer our members.

New members will get a couple things in the mail soon. Such as a welcome letter and a welcome packet that includes their Member ID card.

Remember: If you are a new member, you don’t have to do anything to stay with Louisiana Healthcare Connections. You can always check if you have Louisiana Healthcare Connections by visiting MyPlan.Healthy.LA.gov/my-account.
