Reminder -Provider Notice: Claim Denials Issue Corrected

Louisiana Healthcare Connections has identified an issue that may  have caused some new Rebaseline Provider claims to inadvertently deny either EXBi, EXrR, EX2C, EXFa and/or EXoP.  Louisiana Healthcare Connections has corrected the issue and will recycle all impacted claims within the next 15 calendar days.  There is no action required by the providers.
