Provider Portal Prior Authorization Update to Help Expedite Requests

As we continue to look for ways to improve, Louisiana Healthcare Connections is excited to share a recent update to the inpatient prior authorization portion of the provider portal. Selecting "Urgent Request" when submitting an inpatient acute request will place the task in the correct queue for timely receipt by our review team.
