2022-06: Responsible Reporting Entity (RRE) and Carrier Billing COB Vendor Changes

Louisiana Healthcare Connections will be adding Responsible Reporting Entity (RRE) using IVR to confirm Medicare entitlement and enrollment for Medicaid members. The RRE number will help Louisiana Healthcare Connections achieve the full value of the COBM (COB when Medicare is primary) program.

Louisiana Healthcare Connections has also partnered with Change Healthcare (CHC) to expand Coordination of Benefits (COB) recovery efforts. This allows for a second review of COB claims to validate coverage and improve accuracy.
