Claim Denials Issue Corrected

Louisiana Healthcare Connections has identified an error in our configuration that may have caused claims to be denied inappropriately.  This issue has caused some covered services to inadvertently be denied as non-covered (EX46).  Louisiana Healthcare Connections has corrected the issue and will recycle all impacted claims within the next 15 calendar days.  There is no action required by the providers.
